Interior Design
Jennifer Clark Interiors provides full-service, residential design in the northern suburbs of Houston including The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia and Montgomery area. Every project is tailored to suit the client’s personal style and budget. Many clients are initially unsure of their design style or how to realistically budget for a room design. We can work together to come up with a comprehensive plan to address these aspects in our initial consultation. Once the design is approved by you we will organize the entire project through installation.
eDesign
We begin with a consultation regarding style, budget, photos and measurements of the room. Feel free to email inspirational images. Then you will receive a collage of furniture and decor with a space plan via email within 1-2 weeks of a signed agreement. Links to each item will be included for you to purchase and install at your pace. Up to three changes per room are allowed. Edesign is strictly for non-custom furniture, decor, and paint color suggestions. It does not include any remodeling or consultations from outside vendors.

$500.00 Small Rooms (under 100 square feet)-Laundry Rooms, Kitchens, Foyers
$1000.00 Average Sized Rooms (under 300 square feet)-Living rooms, Dining Rooms, Media Rooms, Gamerooms, Bedrooms, Larger Foyers
$1500.00 Large Rooms (more than 300 square feet)-Large Living Rooms, Media Rooms, Gamerooms
Home Staging/Redesign/Hourly Consultations $200-Up to 2 hrs
Realtors love our approach to home staging! We can provide suggestions for zero to very low cost solutions when readying homes for sale. Our approach is to work with the client’s timeline, budget and current real estate market when considering improvements. The projects are tiered as such by necessity in a “walk and talk” consultation with the remaining time allowed to rearrange furniture and accessories. Clients are also encouraged to text or call with any follow-up questions throughout the sale of their home.
Many staging clients have requested a similar service when they move into a new home. This service is perfect for the client with very specific design questions such as furniture arrangement, window treatments, and paint colors. If you feel you just need a bit of help and can handle the rest on your own, this is the service for you. Please keep in mind if you are thinking of purchasing new furniture, lighting, etc. that many times our trade pricing discount usually pays for the design fee.
